I am a settler of Croatian descent that is deeply grateful to live, work, and heal on the traditional, unceded, ancestral homelands of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. In acknowledging the stewardship of these lands by Indigenous communities across time, I humbly recognize the enduring connection Indigenous communities have with this land and commit to learning about and supporting their rights and sovereignty.
